At MOVE Bumpers, we strive for precision and durability in every kit; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return un-welded and un-altered products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your bumper kit is in its original, un-welded condition and includes all hardware; custom-cut designs or modified kits are generally ineligible for return.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required to track and process your return at our facility.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging with the RMA clearly marked on the exterior, and ship via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality and completeness, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
